Weekly Backups

If you own a regularly visited website or a data–intensive web application, it is crucial to keep a complete back–up copies of everything. However, configuring an auto backup solution can be hard. This is why our company offers you our Optional Admin Services solution – we pledge to maintain a full backup copy of your VPS server, not just of your web sites and hosted content, but also all the custom settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, preserving all the changes that you have made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a nearly infinite number of possibilities, you will sometimes have to install additional software applications. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which entitles you to demand any of our qualified server admins to install any kind of software app and to rectify any trouble you may have with your VPS.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
